Bar Louie uses QR Codes to Engage with Customers

Bar Louie launched a campaign that uses QR codes along with SMS to provide customers a way to join their customer loyalty program.  The presentation and the options presented were nicely done, however the number one rule was broken with this campaign.  Can you guess what it is?  Scan the QR code in the picture to find out.
